Whether it is a permanent, interim or consultancy role – good people know good people. So even if we haven’t got the role for you right now, you might know someone for one of our current vacancies.
What do I need to do
Just submit their details, and we will make contact if they look suitable from their LinkedIn profile – or you can submit their details and they can contact us to apply (just make sure they mention your name).

There are some terms & conditions, but in a nutshell, recommend someone new who starts a role, and we’ll say thanks with £300.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you refer a candidate to CVM People we will inform you if the candidate is already known to us and active on our database. If they are, then no referral fee will be paid. If the candidate is either unknown to us, or is known to us but not active on our database, then we will pay a referral fee.
The referral fee can be claimed dependent on the following conditions; 1) Provision of all mandatory fields above 2) Based on a minimum fee (permanent roles) or margin (contract & consultancy roles) of £3000 payable to CVM People by our client.
3) The candidate remains in role beyond our rebate period with the client*.
4) The candidate started in their role within the last six months.
There is no limit, we are happy for you to keep on recommending as many candidates as you can! One fee applies per candidate.
*(rebate periods can vary by client, therefore we will advise upon claim)
HOW YOU GET PAID
We will contact you by email if the candidate places, or you may contact us. All payments will be paid via BACS upon receipt of your bank account details. All payments are made gross and are subject to statutory deductions. (All statutory deductions remain the responsibility of the recipient).
Legal disclaimer
This scheme may be revised or terminated at any time and with immediate effect and with no liability for any future payments. We reserve the right to offer an alternative award of the same value at any time. The definitions of a placement are available on request. In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final.
