CRM Automation Manager
£35,000-£41,000
Hybrid – 1 day a week in Manchester or Buckinghamshire
We’re looking for a talented CRM Automation Manager who is hungry to get stuck in! If you’re ready to infuse flavour into every customer interaction, eager to use data to create memorable experiences, and passionate about crafting campaigns that leave a lasting impact, the CRM team at this leading brand has a spot with your name on it. Join them for a slice of the action and be a key player in creating a CRM recipe that’s as satisfying as their signature dishes, whilst simultaneously playing an important role in helping them maximise the value they get from their technology.
Key Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a technical CRM role
- Previous experience with Braze or similar omni-channel engagement technology
- Experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP desirable
- Solid experience creating personalised user journeys and lifecycle automations
- Experience working with personalisation technology such as Movable Ink
- Good understanding of how SDKs and APIs work
- A challenger mindset to help us evolve our ways of working
- An understanding of social, digital display and how these areas can work within the CRM world
- The ability to demonstrate successful Project Management experience in a fast paced environment
- Understanding best practice in Data Protection in CRM marketing
- Experience of working with attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Branch or Adjust
