Jennifer is the brilliant head of Client Management, steering our Resourcing Services and Executive Search propositions with flair. Alongside Karl Dixon, she became a Director and Owner of CVM People in 2021 following a management buy-out.

Jennifer, affectionately known as Jenn, joined CVM People in 2015, swapping her teaching career for a new adventure. She quickly climbed the ranks in various client-facing management roles before taking the helm of Resourcing and developing Executive Search as a top-notch service.

With a deep understanding of the talent disciplines we cover, Jenn works closely with CVM People’s consulting experts across CVM, Data, Analytics, and talent acquisition. Her passion for building lasting partnerships ensures CVM People consistently delivers exactly what our clients need.

Outside of work, Jennifer juggles a young family and a busy social life. She’s an avid gym-goer and, with a First Class Degree in English Literature, loves to dive into a good book—though these days, it might take a bit longer to finish one!
