Having initially started a career in teaching, Jennifer latterly joined CVM People in 2015 to explore a different career path and quickly progressed in a range of client facing management roles before eventually overseeing the Resourcing function in its entirety.

Jennifer became one of the proud Directors and Owners of CVM People in 2021 following a management buy-out and today, Jennifer oversees all Client Management, whilst also heading up our Resourcing Services and Exec Search proposition.

 Jennifer brings her unrivalled passion for building strong, long-lasting partnerships to the senior leadership team at CVM People and ensures that as an organisation we can truly pride ourselves on the personal nature of the services we offer. She has also developed a deep understanding of the disciplines we cover following her close engagement with the experts we rely upon to deliver our consulting engagements, and her own experiences working across CVM, Data, Analytics and talent acquisition.

Outside of work, Jennifer has a young family and a busy social life. She is an avid gym goer and with a First Class Degree in English Literature, Jennifer also retains her passion for reading- although the realities of a busy working and social life means getting through a good novel can take some time.
