Design and Build of a new CRM Ops team

Challenge

CVM People were engaged to support the design and build of a new campaign ops team, following our successful MarTech implementation project.

The new BAU team needed a range of skills to cover planning, logic development and execution as well as campaign analysis.

Our client also wanted to appoint some new Data Science resource to support targeting, NBA and personalisation

Solution

We supported our client design a best-in-class operating model for campaign management and decisioning by providing market insights and helping to value and create the new job specifications.

We worked closely with the internal talent to agree a partnership approach to the sourcing and selection process to ensure complete transparency and a consistent candidate experience

Results

We recruited 8 new developers and 5 new analysts for our client, supporting a smooth interview and onboarding process in small groups

We also hired 3 Data Scientists to help our client maximise the value from their new tech stack and customer data sets.
