The MD of our client wanted to re-shape their existing leadership team by introducing a new senior appointment to oversee their entire B2B estate, inclusive of product and marketing

This hire needed to be managed confidentially and was of significant strategic importance to the brands growth strategy

Extensive market research was needed to understand transferability of skills and relevant subject matter expertise needed to manage a complex, diverse and high-value B2B estate

We delivered a really varied shortlist, to allow the hiring manager to test their requirements for this role through meeting candidates who varied in their experiences, skills and personalities

We helped design a bespoke interview criteria that would really test the candidate’s ability to deal with a mix of scenarios. This also allowed our client to meet with them both formally and informally to gauge rapport and team fit despite the confidential nature of this appointment.

Results

We successfully appointed the new Senior Director to oversee B2B Services for our client who has since been instrumental in driving a 28% uplift in revenue
