Maddie is a Delivery Manager at CVM People, specialising in Marketing, Data, CX and Digital recruitment. Having progressed from a Resource Partner role to Senior Resource Partner, to now a managerial role – Maddie has achieved fantastic progression at CVM People due to her true dedication to client management. She works closely with clients and candidates to understand what “good” looks like – whether that’s building out teams or helping someone find the right next step in their career. For Maddie, it’s not just about filling a role, it’s about getting the right fit for both sides.

Maddie really enjoys the social side of her role and the variety of people she engages with and can learn from – noting “every conversation is different, which is what keeps it interesting” and that “being able to support someone in finding the right role is incredibly fulfilling”.

Prior to CVM People, Maddie worked in customer services Lloyd’s Banking Group, supporting the training and development of new team members.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Maddie walking her dog Elton, at the gym, trying new recipes, or spending time with friends and family.
