Maddie has worked for CVM People twice now, initially as a Junior Associate in 2018, but most recently returned as a Resourcing Partner in 2022. She has since been promoted to a Senior Partner in 2024 and specialises in a mix of Marketing, CX and Digital Recruitment having worked closely with some of our Snr Consultants in these specific disciplines. Maddie’s background is in customer service, and prior to re-joining CVM People Maddie has conducted employee training programmes to upskill colleagues both in the UK and globally and it is her passion for exceptional customer service, is what makes Maddie such a fantastic recruiter! She takes extreme pride in matching individuals with new opportunities and finds helping someone secure a new job offer really fulfilling.

Outside of work, Maddie loves to cook – and is always learning and trying new recipes. She is also a keen runner and can usually find me socialising with friends or family – often over a glass of wine!
