Kathy holds a master’s degree in criminal psychology and predominantly works on our executive search mandates, using her profiling expertise to truly understand her clients’ needs, from technical skillset through to cultural fit.

Approachable and insightful, Kathy has been a cornerstone of the CVM People Resourcing Team since 2016, excelling in every role she has taken on. Her passion for executive search is matched by her commitment to delivering the right outcome, not just a quick placement, but a long-term fit that works for both client and candidate. She likes to use a range of tools and techniques to ensure every placement is carefully considered and set up for success.

Kathy is deeply invested in understanding people. She believes that successful hiring goes beyond experience on paper, and that aligning values, behaviours, and ambitions is what ultimately drives lasting impact.

Outside of work, Kathy is a devoted mum of two who loves weekends filled with adventures and outdoor activities, often joined by the CVM People office dog, Delilah.
