Kathy holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Psychology and is a specialist in executive search, using her profiling techniques to nail down clients’ needs from skillset to cultural fit. She’s the go-to person for filling those tricky roles that leave other agencies scratching their heads.

Always up for a friendly chat, Kathy has been a cornerstone of the CVM People Resourcing Team since 2016, shining in every role she takes on. Her passion for executive search and her knack for working closely with candidates and clients ensure a smooth and successful journey for everyone involved.
