Armed with a Master’s degree in Criminal Psychology, her journey commenced not merely as a professional pursuit but for a deeper understanding on how to support businesses be able to grow by ensuring the correct fit both with skills and personality is made.  Kathy specialises in executive search and play a critical role in helping organizations access top talent, particularly for high-profile or specialized positions where traditional recruitment methods may not suffice. Her work differs from other agencies as she partners with an organisation to really understand the needs of the business on all levels, from skillset to culturally, to ensure that the right person can be matched.

Kathy is also an advocate for diversity in businesses as she sees it as essential to foster innovation by bringing together a variety of perspectives and experiences, leading to more creative problem-solving and decision-making processes. Additionally, it reflects the diverse customer base and communities that organizations serve, allowing for better understanding and connection to ensure success within a business.

Outside of work Kathy is a devoted mother of two, her weekends filled with adventures and outdoor activities often bringing the CVM People resident dog Delilah along with her.‘There is not much more to say about Kathy other than she is brilliant.
