Kathy specialises in executive search and play a critical role in helping organizations access top talent, particularly for high-profile or specialized positions where traditional recruitment methods may not suffice. Her work differs from other agencies as she partners with an organisation to really understand the needs of the business on all levels, from skillset to culturally, to ensure that the right person can be matched.

Outside of work Kathy is a devoted mother of two, her weekends filled with adventures and outdoor activities often bringing the CVM People resident dog Delilah along with her.‘There is not much more to say about Kathy other than she is brilliant.
