Having joined CVM People in September 2025 as a Resource Partner, Helen has embraced the career change and quickly developed a passion for the role. Prior to this, she spent eight years working in insurance claims, during which time she also achieved a degree in Insurance while working full-time – demonstrating strong commitment and drive. Bringing a wealth of transferable skills, including rapport building, organisation, account planning, and excellent interpersonal abilities, Helen has been able to make a positive impact and thrive within the CVM People team. She is excited about continuing to grow and develop her career within the business.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends and is the proud owner of a tortoiseshell cat called Beans.
