We are currently looking for a Technical Agile Delivery Lead with a strong technical background to join a leading international specialist insurer known for challenging convention and focusing on high-impact, niche areas. What you’ll do:
- Lead cross-functional squads to ensure value-driven delivery.
- Own delivery management for product development and business-critical projects.
- Coach teams to continuously improve Agile ways of working.
- Manage risk, compliance, and vendor relationships while driving collaboration across teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years leading technical teams and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Solid understanding of architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project delivery.
- Bonus: Experience in financial services or regulated industries and familiarity with OKRs.
