Senior Product Designer – 6-Month Contract
Location: London / Remote First
Day Rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35)
We’re supporting a major UK organisation at an exciting point in their digital transformation and are looking for two Senior Product Designers to help simplify and improve their digital customer experience.
The focus will be on bringing together complex systems, products and customer journeys to create a more joined-up, consistent and intuitive experience across their digital platforms.
What are we looking for?
- Strong hands-on experience across both UX and UI/Product Design
- A strong understanding of UX methodology, including user journeys, information architecture, research, usability testing and interaction design
- Strong UI and visual design skills, with experience creating polished, accessible and responsive digital experiences
- Experience working with design systems, components and patterns in Figma
- Experience simplifying complex customer journeys and bringing together different systems or services into a more cohesive experience
- Someone comfortable working independently and taking ownership without needing significant direction
- Ideally, previous experience operating at Lead Product Designer or a similar level
Each opportunity has a slightly different area of focus, with one role leaning more towards UX and the other towards UI, while both require strong end-to-end Product Design experience.
UX Focus
You’ll help understand customer and service problems, structure complex journeys and use research and evidence to improve the overall experience.
UI Focus
You’ll bring strong interface and visual design skills, creating accessible, consistent and scalable experiences through detailed design and reusable patterns.
