What are we looking for?
- Hands-on experience in user-centered design, with a solid understanding of UX methodologies and best practices.
- Proven ability to design services from scratch based on user needs or transform underperforming services into success stories.
- Skilled in using Figma to contribute to and maintain design systems and standards.
- A self-starter who can independently manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to define requirements and collaborate across projects.
- Experience working within self-organising, cross-functional squads, with the confidence to lead through all phases of design thinking.
