Senior Delivery Manager
Hampshire: Hybrid Working (2 days per week)
Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to drive the successful execution of strategic data projects. In this role, you’ll oversee project plans, manage risks, control budgets, and promote strong collaboration between stakeholders and delivery teams.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead data project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and governance.
- Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and track costs within approved budgets.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Facilitate project ceremonies such as kick offs, backlog refinement, and stand ups.
- Promote best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience in Delivery/Project Management
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and interactive project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of data related projects is desirable but not essential.
