Senior Data Engineer
Location: Wiltshire (3 days a week 2 from home)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + bonus and benefits

An exciting opportunity in a purpose-driven company who really make a difference, and are committed to producing ‘great food to be proud of’. They are looking for a Senior Data Engineer, to lead on cloud data infrastructure, for UK, Ireland, Canada and USA operations. Ensure high-performance ETLs, and drive a major Azure migration. You will also collaborate with analytics teams to optimize data pipelines across B2C and B2B businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of core data systems to Azure.
- Maintain Dev, Test, and Production environments with strong governance.
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT and CISO teams.
- Support business intelligence and analytics teams with infrastructure expertise.
Expertise needed:
- 5+ years as a Data Engineer/DBA in a SQL production environment.
- Strong SQL & T-SQL skills for data warehousing.
- Expertise in Azure, SSIS, and DataBricks.
- Experience in data integration, modelling, and ingestion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on performance optimization.
- Hands on experience with Tableau
