Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our clients CRM team. In this role, you’ll use your expertise in data analytics to unlock insights into customer behavior, shaping marketing strategies and improving player engagement. By analysing data from millions of online customers, you’ll directly be contributing to drive business growth and increase support for good causes. Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, manipulate, and analyse digital customer data using tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Develop and maintain performance reports, automating where possible.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover customer behaviors, preferences, and trends.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies, collaborating with marketing and commercial teams.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of data analytics experience
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with visualisation tools e.g. Power BI and web analytics platforms is advantageous.
- Strong problem solving skills and a passion for understanding customer behavior.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
