Senior AI Conversation Designer – 12-Month Contract
Location: London – Hybrid Working
Day Rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35)
We’re partnering with a major UK brand going through a large-scale customer service transformation and are looking for a Senior AI Conversation Designer to help shape how AI interacts with customers across voice, chat and digital.
You’ll play a key role in defining how AI communicates, setting tone of voice, creating conversation frameworks, and designing experiences that build trust and handle complex customer scenarios well.
What are we looking for?
- Strong background in conversation design, UX writing, or content design
- Recent experience working on AI-driven or automated customer experiences
- Confidence designing for complex, high-emotion service journeys
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
- Able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment
