Retail Data & Analysis Executive
Salary: up to £32,000
Location: Watford – Hybrid Working

We’re looking for a Retail Data & Analysis Executive to support the Retail Channel in achieving performance goals. Working with the Retail Analyst and Insight Manager, this role focuses on data analysis, performance reporting, and driving retail initiatives to enhance execution and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and report on Retail Channel performance against KPIs
- Conduct data analysis to support planning and execution of retail initiatives
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations from retail data
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and tools to improve retail operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance retail delivery and execution
Key Skills & Experience:
- Passionate about delivering insightful analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage changing priorities
- Strong desire to learn and grow
