Product Owner – MarTech

£70,000-£80,000 + bonus & excellent benefits
We’re searching for an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of marketing systems at a highly respected international insurance group known for innovation and market leadership. With offices across 14 countries and over 3,000 staff, this organisation is dedicated to delivering outstanding solutions while fostering a culture of growth and development.
This role is critical in shaping the future of the company’s marketing technology landscape and driving system transformation while maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with marketing leadership to define and drive the roadmap for marketing applications.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure systems are resilient, secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner for cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Team Management: Inspire, develop, and guide both internal teams and external partners.
- Program & Vendor Management: Deliver initiatives using both traditional and agile methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in product ownership and technical delivery within data-driven environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Leadership experience with application development and technology teams.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from developers to senior leaders.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, web development, agile methodologies, and value stream approaches.
