PMO Lead
Based in Hampshire hybrid working (3 days a week)
Salary up to £84,000 + bonus and benefits
CVM People are excited to be partnering with a popular, regulated brand, who offer a range of household, subscription-based products. We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to oversee governance, resource management, and reporting for their Data portfolio. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery by managing budgets, risks, and supplier coordination while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery governance, reporting, and financial tracking across the Data portfolio.
- Develop tools to enhance resource and supplier management.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and drive informed decisions.
- Support leadership with governance and audit deliverables.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a PMO leadership role within large-scale programmes
- Strong knowledge of PMO governance, resource management, and financial tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Jira, DevOps, and SharePoint
- PMO certification (e.g., MSP, Prince2)
- Experience in managing others
