We’re looking for an Interim SEO Manager to join a collaborative Digital Marketing team where your expertise will directly influence patient acquisition across a large, multi-domain website estate.
About the organisation
Our client is one of the UK’s largest private dental groups, supporting over 370 dental practices and 1.5 million patients across the UK and Ireland with high-quality general, cosmetic, orthodontic, implant and specialist dental care. The business is currently investing in its digital marketing function by enhancing its online channels and delivering a large-scale CMS migration across its website estate.
The role
They’re seeking an experienced Interim SEO Manager to take ownership of their organic search strategy, oversee agency performance and provide SEO governance throughout an ongoing large-scale CMS migration. You’ll be responsible for leading the business’s SEO strategy while managing external agency relationships to ensure delivery against commercial objectives.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years’ SEO management experience, either in-house or agency-side.
- Proven experience managing external SEO agencies and driving performance.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site migrations, redirects, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience working across multi-site, multi-location or multi-domain websites.
- Expertise in local SEO, technical SEO and off-site SEO strategy.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining a commercial focus.
Experience within healthcare or another regulated industry, alongside previous CMS migration experience is preferred.
