CVM People are excited to be partnering with a popular, regulated brand, who offer a range of household, subscription based products. We’re looking for a Head of Retention Strategy & Analytics for a 12-month FTC to lead and shape our clients retention strategy. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for customer retention, data-driven decision making, and commercial growth, then this could be a great opportunity for you!
  
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 5-year retention strategy that aligns with broader business objectives. You will lead the retention analytics function, using data and insights to drive decision-making, improve retention rates, and maximise customer value. A key part to the role will be managing performance through retention trading governance, ensuring our client is continuously optimising their approach and implementing improvements where needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in customer retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within a consumer-facing business.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance short term wins with a long term strategic growth.
  • Expertise in data analytics and performance metrics to drive business decisions.
  • A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in subscription-bases businesses.
  • Strong understanding of the FCA regulatory guidelines.
