This role will lead a new, transformative marketing technology function and take full ownership of a cutting-edge marketing and advertising technology stack, shaping its strategy and roadmap. This role is at the heart of a large-scale digital transformation, driving growth, optimising marketing effectiveness, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative technology and data-driven decision-making.
In this role you will be responsible for owning the Marketing and Technology strategy, ensuring all platforms meet evolving business needs. By identifying and implementing new technologies, you will enhance marketing performance and drive growth while staying ahead of industry changes. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage vendors and budgets to maximize the value and impact of marketing technology investments
What are we looking for?
- Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, digital media, and workflow tools
- Proven ability to develop and implement a marketing and technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and has driven growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing marketing technology teams in a B2C environment
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex marketing and technology projects
- Deep understanding of best practices and compliance requirements within highly regulated environments.
