Delivery Lead – Data Management
Hampshire: Hybrid Working (2 days per week)

We’re looking for a Data Delivery Lead to drive success in our clients Data and Analytics team. This role will lead a high performing team of Data Delivery Managers, ensuring smooth execution of strategic data projects through best practice governance, agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Delivery Managers.
- Oversee data project delivery, ensuring efficiency, governance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaboration across teams, managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
- Implement project controls, track costs, and communicate progress effectively.
- Advocate agile ways of working, continuously driving improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading Delivery/Project Management teams.
- Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and iterative project delivery.
- Familiarity with data domains (governance, architecture, engineering, analytics).
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools e.g. Jira and Microsoft Office.
