Location – Windsor (fortnightly travel)
Salary – Circa £70,000 + bonus & benefits

We are seeking a Data Scientist (Marketing Analytics, Econometrician) to join the econometrics team. This role focuses on measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of business strategies, delivering actionable insights, and shaping marketing decisions. The position offers a hybrid working model, with fortnightly travel to Windsor, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the econometrics team to build and update econometric and Marketing Mix Models (MMM), providing insights to drive business value.
  • Analyse large datasets to assess the impact of marketing investments on outcomes like sales and customer acquisition.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned by managers and stakeholders.
  • Develop clear and concise stakeholder communications, including presentations and documentation, with consistent and data-backed narratives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting the business’s needs.
  • Work extensively with Big Data, econometrics, statistics, and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Big Data analysis, econometrics, statistics, and Marketing Mix Modelling (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of media, marketing, pricing, and promotions, with an understanding of their commercial impact.
  • Programming skills in Eviews, Python, R, or SQL are highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with media planning, buying, and optimisation techniques is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple projects.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
