Role: CRM Executive
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (potential flex)
Location: South Oxfordshire/Hybrid (3 days a week on site)

We are currently working with a heritage British retailer known for its premium teas, artisanal coffees, and luxurious hot chocolates. With roots dating back over a century, the brand is known for its commitment to quality, tradition, and beautifully packaged gifts. They blend old-world charm with a modern, customer-first approach – offering an elevated experience both in-store and online. Their products are stocked globally and loved by loyal customers across the UK, as well as expansion into Asia, and the US.

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join their small but mighty Customer Retention team. It’s a hands-on role with loads of variety – working on personalised multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, pop-ups), building and optimising lifecycle automations, and using tools like Ometria to create engaging, data-led journeys. It’s the kind of role where no two days are the same! You’d be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values ideas, initiative, and learning.

They’re open to people with around 1-2 years’ experience who are keen to take that next step.
