We’re looking for a CRM Decisioning Manager for a FTC to shape and optimise our clients marketing strategy. You’ll build and manage targeted audiences across CRM channels, ensuring campaings meet compliance and player protection standards, and help drive continuous improvement through data and insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and build player audiences for CRM campaigns
- Optimise campaign performance and ROI through smart targeting
- Ensure robust governance and compliance around audience selection
- Support analytics and campaign reporting
- Collaborate across teams to improve data and campaign processes
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years in CRM or data-led marketing roles
- Strong SQL or similar technical skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Unica)
- Detail-oriented, with a solid grasp of compliance and risk management
- Collaborative, curious, and insight driven
