We’re looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join a fast-paced digital and marketing team responsible for delivering engaging, data-driven customer communications for a major UK consumer brand.

The Role
This role focuses on developing, executing and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app and on-site channels to drive customer engagement and growth. Working closely with CRM, data and marketing teams, you’ll help deliver targeted communications that improve customer experience, activation and retention.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of multi-channel CRM campaign activity
- Working with the Campaign Manager to help develop and optimise customer communication plans
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of weekly and quarterly campaign activity
- Supporting the use of incentives and promotional mechanics to increase customer engagement and value
- Using customer data and behavioural insight to help inform briefs, plans and optimisation activity
- Collaborating with data teams to support KPI tracking and campaign performance reporting
- Contributing to test-and-learn initiatives to improve campaign performance
- Supporting key customer moments, campaigns and promotional activity through CRM communications
- Monitoring campaign KPIs including activation, retention and reactivation metrics
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with GDPR and compliance standards within a regulated environment
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering CRM or retention marketing campaigns
- Good knowledge of multi-channel CRM campaigns including email, app and SMS
- Experience briefing, planning and optimising campaign activity
- Good experience using Excel and PowerPoint to report on campaign performance
- Strong campaign management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working with agencies and creative teams
- Experience working within a regulated industry would be beneficial but not essential
- A proactive, optimisation-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
