Category Manager
London or Cheltenham – Hybrid Working
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Benefits
We’re partnering with a leading, private equity-backed healthcare organisation that is investing heavily in its future growth. Following the appointment of a new senior leadership team, the business is embarking on an exciting transformation, creating a rare opportunity for a commercially minded Category Manager to take ownership of one of its highest-growth clinical categories.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply maintain what’s already in place. You’ll have the opportunity to shape category strategy, identify new growth opportunities, influence senior stakeholders, build supplier partnerships and drive initiatives that directly improve commercial performance and patient uptake across a nationwide network.
Working cross-functionally with clinical, commercial, operational and marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in developing innovative ways to grow the category while helping to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
About You
You’ll have experience in Category Management and Commercial Strategy within a structured commercial environment and enjoy taking ownership, influencing stakeholders and delivering meaningful change.
Healthcare experience would be an advantage, but we’re equally interested in candidates with strong transferable category or commercial experience who are excited by the opportunity to move into a purpose-led sector.
