The Role
As a Service Delivery Underwriter, you’ll join an experienced team managing volume underwriting for Art and Private Client products. This role involves underwriting policies across direct and broker channels, including household, motor, and travel insurance, with a focus on delivering high standards aligned with sales objectives. You’ll play an essential part in achieving monthly targets for profitability, GWP, conversion, and retention, while closely collaborating with regional teams to influence and meet portfolio underwriting targets. This role offers a chance to develop underwriting strategy expertise, product knowledge, and experience with the latest state-of-the-art underwriting platforms.

- Underwriting Expertise: Personal lines underwriting experience is essential, ideally within a collaborative, high-performance team setting.

- Qualifications: Diploma CII or relevant underwriting qualifications preferred.
- Experience Handling Higher TSI: Experience underwriting property TSI of £2-5m+ is required, with competency in policies up to £20m TSI, including perils such as motor, contents, and residential contract works is preferred.
