Role: Senior Customer Insight Analyst
Salary: £65,000 plus benefits 
Location: Flexible – London/Remote

As they embark on an incredibly exciting journey to further harness customer data to produce meaningful insights, we are looking for a Senior Customer Insight Analyst to support our client develop an enhanced understanding of customer behaviour and better drive campaign effectiveness and personalisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the CRM and Digital teams to use both customer behavioural data, and transactional data to achieve business goals and objectives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify their needs and necessities which you will then translate into analytical briefs which you will use to provide conclusions and recommendations that meet these needs. As well as this, you will contribute to the continual advancement of the organisations knowledge of its customers and use this information to advise actionable strategic decision making.
  
What we are looking for:
A degree educated candidate in Mathematics, statistics or a related subject
Substantial statistical content experience
Significant experience working with customer data to create insights
First class data manipulation and analytical skills
Familiarity with driving value from CRM and loyalty and associated analytics principles
Advanced knowledge of analytical tools or languages (preferably Python or SQL)
Experience with GCP analytical services is beneficial but not essential
Senior Stakeholder management experience and presentation skills
