Protection Consultant
Location: Fareham, Hampshire – full time in office for first 6 months, hybrid thereafter
Products: Life Insurance / Critical Illness / Income Protection
Salary: £25k base (can rise to 30k after competence/time in role). £60k OTE plus benefits
Hours: Mon 10am-8pm / Tues, Weds, Thurs 10am-7pm / Fri 10am-6pm
We are working with one of the UK’s most respected broker of protection products who have recently been acquired by a well-known and respected banking group. With a great growth story ahead of them, they work with some very well-known brands such as Martin Lewis’ “Money Saving Expert” drawing in high quality leads, enabling them to be extremely successful.
Key Skills and Experience –
- Sales experience (at least 3 years)
- Strong telephone communication skills and ideally experience working in a call center environment
- A real desire to put the customer first
- Target-driven
- Strong sales ability based upon identifying customer needs
- Attention to detail
- Organised
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
- Strong IT skills
- Professional approach
