We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our client’s IT Services team, focusing on End User Compute. This is a key role within a dynamic, agile environment, helping shape the future of digital workplace solutions and driving continuous improvement in user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative and future focused team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and agile ways of working.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define and prioritise user stories and backlog items.
- Drive the user experience and deliver solutions that enable colleagues across the organisation.
- Track key product metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and support delivery teams in removing blockers.
- Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative product chapter.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in technology infrastructure or end user compute environments
- Proven ability to deliver IT transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product metrics dashboards
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (or equivalent) preferred
