Our client is a leading UK Insurance provider, with a deep commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
We are looking for a strategic, commercial and data driven leader to join them at a pivotal point in their data-driven transformation journey to lead a team of analytics, MI and Modelling experts deliver value solutions, as well as building new data strategies.
If you enjoy working with business stakeholders, and translating strategies into new data products and solutions, then this could be a fantastic role for you.
Experience required:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with a range of technical data stakeholders, and commercial teams
- Commercial background, with the ability to identify where data and analytics can drive performance on revenue and costs.
- Experienced developing benefit business cases, to support investment in Data where needed.
- Experience working within FS, Insurance, or other subscription-based business with exposure to price & risk modelling
- Candidates need to be able to lead multiple projects and be comfortable with a wide-ranging portfolio of requests
- Experience managing and leading teams to successful delivery as well as measuring and driving team performance
- Interest and understanding of the external market, innovation, and tech trends and how to best use these for the benefit
