Econometrics Lead
Day rate – up to £500 (Inside IR35)
Location – Berkshire
One of the UK’s leading energy services providers are looking for an Econometrics Lead to support and drive focus on the marketing effectiveness of their core Services campaigns.  Reporting into the Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll be a key player in helping them understand the value of their campaigns and marketing activity across their core products.
Key Accountabilities      

  • To ensure that all marketing campaign and retention activities are performance and results driven, deliver actionable insight to optimise and improve current and future campaigns across all media channels.
  • Maintain and continually develop existing econometrics framework to keep up with market trends and business needs
  • To drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities where they could optimise (e.g. allocation of spend, upweighting of some channels based on performance) and sharing these across the marketing teams
  • Advise on targeting and optimisation of marketing activities to maximise customer and commercial outcomes
  • Measurement of cross-sell marketing performance
  • Support forecasting for marketing activity within the planning process throughout the year
  • Impact assessments across a portfolio of products

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Being outcome and impact driven, with a relentless focus on commercial and customer outcomes over outputs
  • Deep understanding of using data and insights to drive commercial outcomes
  • Experience of campaign management and tracking across the full media mix
  • Reporting and analysing marketing effectiveness
  • Developing and maintain econometric models to support the delivery of effective marketing campaigns
  • Successfully embedding econometrics outputs into a business
