Data Designer
Location: Basingstoke, London, Oldbury, or Cardiff (2 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Data Designer to be an integral member of an agile squad. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and engineers to design and create data solutions that meet business needs and drive performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop data models, create ETL designs, and ensure seamless integration across various platforms, including SAP, PEGA, and Oracle.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting project-based work including data integration, reporting & analytics, and data modeling for core systems. This is a great chance to shape the future of data across multiple business areas!
About You:
- You have 3+ years of experience in data design and data modeling.
- You’re familiar with data warehousing principles, especially Kimball methodology.
- You have hands-on experience with tools like ER Studio (or Erwin) for data modeling.
- You are comfortable with SQL and Python for data analysis and querying.
- You have experience working in agile environments and can collaborate across teams.
- You understand how to integrate data across systems like SAP, PEGA, and Oracle/SQL Server.
- You’re detail-oriented, with a passion for driving data quality and consistency.
