Cyber Security Analyst – Vulnerability Management
Basingstoke/London/Hybrid – ideally you will be based in Basingstoke 3 days a week, however if their London office is closer, they are happy for 1/2 out of those 3 days to be spent in London instead.

Are you a hands-on Cyber Security Analyst with a passion for vulnerability management, proactive threat detection, and making real impact?
I’m working with a large, household-name organisation that’s investing heavily in its cyber security function. You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that’s serious about maturing their security posture and embedding a true security-first culture across the business.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years’ experience in cyber operations who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into tooling, automation, and process improvement. You’ll operate across platforms including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, SIEM, EDR, PAM, CSPM, and more – with a real opportunity to shape and influence how the team evolves.
What you’ll do:
- Own and enhance vulnerability management processes
- Support threat hunting and analysis
- Respond to cyber alerts and incidents
- Help embed security controls and SOPs
- Work closely with managed service partners and internal stakeholders
