Agile Delivery Lead
Location: London, York or Colchester
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + excellent benefits

As part of the IT Services team, you’ll help drive the evolution of critical infrastructure services and ensuring seamless delivery across global business functions.
We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to coordinate the day to day activities of infrastructure squads with our clients IT Services value streams. This role blends Agile coaching with hands-on delivery of complex infrastructure and technical projects. In this role, you’ll support cross-functional squads, drive delivery using Agile principles, and ensure value-driven, business aligned outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end to end delivery of initiatives, including budget and resource management
- Coaching Agile squads and enabling continuous improvement
- Supporting Product Owners with backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning
- Managing dependencies, risks, and communications across stakeholders
- Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative delivery culture
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years in IT or infrastructure environments
- Solid understanding of infrastructure systems and Agile methodologies (Scrum /Kanban)
- Proven experience in delivery /project mangement or engineering
- Excellent organiations, stakeholder, and communication skills
- Experience with JIRA and financial mangement of change initiatives
- Familiarity with platform services, cloud, or infrastructure teams is a plus
